| Taiwan-based AI recognition and intelligent application solution provider-Aira hosted a “Housewarming Party” on the 30th, welcoming more than 80 key executives and decision-makers from the security, IT, system integration, and semiconductor industries across Taiwan and overseas. Chairpersons, CEOs, and general managers gathered in person, turning what was nominally a relocation celebration into an evening that blended a relaxed, festive atmosphere with clear signals of future business opportunities.

Over the past five and a half years, Aira Corporation’s growth trajectory has closely followed real-world AI application demands. Starting with face recognition and people tracking, then expanding into intelligent perimeter protection, the company has gradually extended its portfolio to include construction site safety, productivity monitoring, and retail data collection and analysis. This steady, application-driven evolution has shaped a highly practical AI vision solution roadmap—one that has enabled Aira to achieve real deployments and reference cases in both Taiwan and overseas markets faster than many other AI vendors.
At the core of Aira Corporation’s standardized product lineup is a consistent focus on a single critical variable: people. Face recognition, people tracking, heatmap detection and analysis, and intelligent fencing form a mature and well-validated application suite, refined through deployment across multiple scenarios. In the area of intelligent fencing, Aira has built on its existing behavior detection capabilities by integrating PPE detection, enabling real-time identification of whether safety helmets and reflective vests are properly worn. This directly addresses the operational realities of outdoor construction sites and high-risk work environments. From this foundation, Aira has further developed the concept of “productivity monitoring” for factories, helping operators verify whether staffing levels in specific work zones meet planned requirements during defined time periods, while proactively issuing alerts when personnel dwell times are unusually long or short. These solutions have already gone live at multiple outdoor construction sites and have contributed to project owners receiving Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor Golden Safety Award.

According to General Manager Frank Li, Aira plans to launch Construction Site Management 2.0 in the first half of 2026, with a clear focus on completing the occupational safety management framework. Drawing on extensive on-site experience accumulated over the past three years, the company recognized that while large construction groups often have the resources to develop in-house systems, small and mid-sized developers typically do not. The upcoming version of Aira’s construction management system is designed specifically to address this gap, integrating license validity management, access control, and real-time alerts to support day-to-day environmental health and safety operations.

In parallel, Aira Corporation has begun rolling out retail solutions. To date, deployments have been completed at 17 large chain stores in Taiwan, while projects for shopping malls and quick-service restaurant (QSR) chains are advancing concurrently. Overseas retail applications are also steadily moving forward, with active projects underway in Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. Lee highlighted a case in the Philippines, where a local partner with a long-standing focus on law enforcement and high-end security solutions successfully introduced Aira’s system into casino environments in Cebu. This, in turn, opened doors to engagement at the headquarters level of major real estate development groups. Partners traveling from Japan and the Philippines to attend the Housewarming Party noted that airaFace and airaTrack are relatively standardized, easy to learn, and straightforward to integrate into existing solutions, allowing them to be quickly introduced to established customers and aligned with current equipment supply chains.
Frank explained that Aira’s retail AI applications center on analyzing people flow and behavioral patterns. The system automatically excludes employee faces to prevent data distortion and counts the same customer only once even if they enter and exit repeatedly within a short period, ensuring that analytics more accurately reflect real operational conditions. With just a compact AI box and two cameras, the system can be brought online immediately, helping operators identify high-frequency VIP visitors and cross-store consumption behavior as a basis for operational decision-making. This retail solution is scheduled to be finalized and released as a standardized product in the first half of this year.

In recent years, Aira Corporation has placed increasing emphasis on overseas markets, with airaFace and airaTrack emerging as the most effective entry points for deployment. Lee noted that overseas revenue is on track to surpass the company’s domestic Taiwan business. This momentum made the Housewarming Party feel less like a simple office relocation and more like a shared celebration with global partners. Frank described the move as a milestone marking the close of one phase and the beginning of another. Aira has consistently adhered to the principle that “execution is king”—that AI without real-world deployment is ultimately meaningless. From construction safety applications that have earned national recognition to adoption by global retail chains, Aira’s experience illustrates a clear survival rule for AI vendors, stay close to the market, tailor solutions to real needs, and secure validation through deployment. This, more than anything else, has become Aira Technology’s roadmap for breaking into and scaling across global markets.
