News 臺德攜手升級智慧機械 鏈結全球電動車供應鏈   iDS新聞中心 Published: ：2025/1/2     Interviewee   中華民國經濟部 經濟部工業局與德國經濟辦事處共同合作，於德國時間9月5日下午2點在慕尼黑搭配IAA (IAA, Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung)國際車展，，鏈結電動車產品開發商機與智慧製造應用發展，強化國際供應鏈合作，擴大雙方在電動車產業的能量。   在COVID-19疫情期間，智慧機械論壇改用線上方式辦理，本次是疫後首次恢復辦理實體會議。論壇由經濟部工業局連錦漳局長於線上進行開幕致詞儀式，為論壇揭開序幕，經濟部工業局連局長於開幕致詞中表示，近年來隨著淨零減碳的議題發酵，各國祭出多項減碳政策以及扶植能源相關產業，其中電動車的發展將成為全球重要的策略性產業，預期市場亦將陸續浮現各式需求，因此今年論壇主題便結合了智慧機械與汽車兩大產業，除了分享臺德之間智慧機械成果的交流，更期待透過這次論壇，為臺灣車用晶片和德國精湛的製車工藝締造緊密的連結，促成更多的供應鏈合作，放眼全球電動車產業。 淨零碳排已然成為全球製造業的主流趨勢，智慧機械的加速升級以及產業的轉型勢不可擋，除了彈性生產樣態及發展數位化，能源替代的應用將更為迫切，因此，本次論壇由經濟部工業局楊志清副局長親赴現場，與德國聯邦經濟暨氣候行動部工業政策局Markus Heß副局長針對臺德雙方車用晶片之發展政策在論壇中發表演講，針對結合雙方各自優勢，突破電動車產業的圍籬探討互利合作的推動策略。 本次合作由臺方代表-社團法人台灣智慧自動化與機器人協會絲國一理事長，以及德方代表-德國經濟辦事處林百科處長主持，並有德國西門子(Siemens)、創浦(Trumpf)、精密機械研究發展中心(PMC)和友通資訊加入會談，開啟雙方更加深入的合作議題，期望促成更大的商業交流。同時也促成工業技術研究院機械所與德商博智顧問公司（德經處）共同簽署合作備忘錄，將針對智慧製造領域，尤其是機械雲技術，深化臺德雙邊數位平台解決方案，並在人工智慧、數位轉型、資訊安全等作為合作夥伴。 臺灣和德國是長久以來關係密切、互相信賴的經貿伙伴，這幾年來面對全球經濟及產業環境的劇烈變化，雙方仍舊維持著緊密的合作關係，未來將持續透過論壇平台深化國際合作交流，加強臺德雙方在智慧機械與電動車供應鏈的連結，並致力成為全球智慧製造的最佳夥伴。     ※The text and images in this article may not be reproduced without authorization.
